You add them to your user list (at the right hand side of the Soulseek window), then right click their name when they're online and select Browse Files. Should bring up a window in their name and, if you're lucky, you'll be able to look through whatever they're sharing.

i've found it very annoying to use as it takes ages to get connected. once you're on tho the transfer times are good if you can find what you're looking for.

I've never really had great problems getting connected, just at least as often as not, it gives me an error in trying to browse people's files.
