Hate to break it to you, but that was just Bush lying. There never was any links between them. Bin Laden hated Saddam, and was vocal about it. Saddam's non-secular government was exactly what Al Quida fights against. Saddam also spent most of his time keeping terrorist groups including Al Quida out of Iraq.

How about giving just one source showing any sort of correlation between the two. I dare you.
