Yeah Age of consent in most states is around 16 and freshman are usually 14-15 year olds.

age of consent is 18 for any situation but the law isn't retarded it makes allowances for understandble relationships. for example florida has a 16-24 statute, in addition to the 3 year rule

the laws differ in every state usually, but if you dont have sex with her nothing will happen to you. you cant be prosecuted for being in a committed relationship
