UH OHS JELLE!!11!! U GON GET BANND

Naw, just kidding...I'm still pretty psyched about the MLB All-Star Game. Four Red Sox are starting, which is the most for any team since the '76 Reds (who went on to win the World Series that year)

Shoutouts to all Hatecrew members! You guys rock! :thumb:

MBS 07-09-2005 06:03 PM

What's hatecrew?

Illmatic 07-09-2005 06:04 PM

They're like Deadheads, but for Children of Bodom.

I never thought of it that way, but you're right.

IAJP 07-09-2005 06:08 PM

Oh god I can't get enough of Public Enemy at the moment.

Chuck D is the best rapper ever and should be worshipped as some kind of God.
(Yes I'm overeacting, only slightly though...)

I would agree with the fact that he is the best rapper ever, but he shouldn't be worshipped. He seems more like a demigod to me.

Illmatic 07-09-2005 06:15 PM

Nas and Dre are better...

Bodomheads?

Dried Muffin Remnants 07-09-2005 06:17 PM

Apparently, they think it's cool to hate?

YDload 07-09-2005 06:17 PM
Nas and Dre are better...
Eh, Nas is kinda dumb, but I'll give you Dre. Still, as with most forms of music I like the unique voices better. Snoop, Del, B Real of Cypress Hill, those are guys who you can immediately recognize when you hear their voices.

IAJP 07-09-2005 06:30 PM
Nas and Dre are better...
Dre. is amazing.
I love Ice Cube a lot too.

In fact, classic Hip Hop is brilliant, mostly all of it. :)

Dried Muffin Remnants 07-09-2005 06:35 PM

I've always been partial to Del.

why should i?

Hi guys, just got back from this party and Jesus. My mate Jamie got so wasted he was following this girl round, and eventually poured his heart out to her, saying he was bi-sexual and he wanted to have sex with ME, but not to tell anyone as that would ruin our friendship. I had to carry him a mile home, and i have had enough of him and his drunkeness. He just lets his body go limp and throws up :/

On a lightly note, i got a bj in a bathroom. :)

/Edit : I am about to be banned by Trilemma for insulting him on an IM. I will see you whenever i get my account back.

Since you asked, you shouldn't. I wasn't exactly talking to you. :)

Hey. Wow. Sounds like a lot of fun. I've never been drunk in my life, so I wouldn't know anything.

You're not missing anything. The only use I have for drunkenness is watching it in other people so that I can laugh at them.

We still love to mess with one of my brother's friends over the wolves of World War II incident.

Arucard 07-09-2005 07:14 PM

I find it funny, especially when everyone is pissed. It also means that after a beer or two i loosen up, and can talk to girls without being really embaressed.

Jom 07-09-2005 07:14 PM

Boy, I'm glad I didn't miss anything while I was away.

See. Other's misfortune is funny. I have a very off-beat, sometimes black, sense of humor, and few other people get that.

Thinking of the wolves thing, anybody want to hear the story? It's a truly classic tale warning of the dangers of humiliating yourself under the influence.

What happened was that my brother was going on a class trip to Spain. One night, he was feeling worn out from all the walking aorund and sight-seeing throughout the day, so he opted to stay in the hotel and read. His book of choice was one of the core books for the RPG Werewolf: the Apocalypse. For those of you who don't know, it's a game with dice like D&D set in modern times and you play as werewolves.

Anyway, my brother's friend went to go to the hotel bar since the legal drinking age in Spain is 16. A few hours later, the poor bastard staggers back into the room unable to see straight and smelling like a distillery. He staggers over to his bed next to my brother's and snatches the book out of his hands.

The guy then flips through the book, looking blearily at the illustrations and commenting on them like he were reading a newspaper. Then, he comes across a picture of two werewolves fighting skinheads. He sees the swastika and says, dead serious mind you, "Now... there were no wolves in World War I, because they were all extinct... But they came back in World War II to fight the Nazis." He used the tone of a college professor lecturing students... if that professor were Peter O'Toole.

The sum'bitch didn't remember any of that the next morning until my brother reminded him of it. Anytime we want to shut him up, we just mention the wolves of World War II.

I always remeber what i do, but i generally don't do stupid stuff. My mate does, he told this girl he loved her who he met an hour ago, then told her he loved me sexaully to!

I laughed at him the time he was sick on his trouser leg and none of us told him, and he walked all the way home with it on his leg.

Arucard 07-09-2005 07:36 PM

A girl. My whole girl situation collapsed a few days ago... I decided that we weren't really seeing enough of each other atall, due to distance problems, and until i had a car, it wasn't going to work.

She rung me every day saying how hard it was to stay true to me. I was like, 'thanks?'

Cain : The thread was closed. This is ridiculous. If he doesn't get punished, i am really considering leaving the site forever.

Cain 07-09-2005 07:41 PM

The thread was closed by S4L, and he says the issue is being discussed. I bet he'll just get a talking-to, I doubt he'll actually be demodded. DFelon came under worse fire and he's still in place. But at least we said our piece and made something happen. :)

And now, I am quite ready to relax and chat. How has everyone's day been?

Arucard 07-09-2005 07:42 PM

Mine was cool, apart from bearing the embaressment of my drunken friend, then having to carry him home and let him sleep in my bed.

I'm feeling a little better since my last rant.

Illmatic 07-09-2005 07:44 PM

You let him sleep in your bed? You didn't make him crash on the couch or something?

Quit leading him on, Joe. :p

MBS 07-09-2005 07:45 PM

I had a big post and everything too :(

Oh well, gonna eat dinner soon. Spaghetti and meatballs :D

Discuss how delicious this will be.

Cain 07-09-2005 07:49 PM

Yeah, we'll see. I just hope a mod actually read it after seeing what it was about.

On a light note, who enjoys musicals here? I like Les Miserables the best.

Pretty bad. I've been contemplating calling my friend , but I just can't seem to do it. Last night I got a call from my best friend, and she said that our friend had OD'd. And this time it wasn't an accident. So, I got really worried (naturally) stayed up late, drank some wine, listened to some music and crashed. This morning, I felt pretty shitty.

I do. My favorite is Phantom of the Opera; hands down. I haven't seen Les Miserables, but I really want to, as I've heard it's amazing.
