It was ok, I dont quite see the epic in it.

Moses 02-07-2006 03:39 PM

I hate coffee, it tastes like asphalt. Tea is tolerable, especially when sick.

kurrpt 02-07-2006 03:41 PM

haha

work 40 hours a week, for a few years

when you finally dont think you can wake up again, then come post that, again

Moses 02-07-2006 03:42 PM

I still don't think I'll like it. I'd rather just have soda...

kurrpt 02-07-2006 03:45 PM
I still don't think I'll like it. I'd rather just have soda...
your still a young buck. I find things that have aquired tastes much more enjoyable then something as straight forward, like a coke.

You could argue against that, but like a fine, expensive beer, the flavor is so extraordinary, it takes the brain seconds to process how full it really is

Shattered_Future 02-07-2006 03:50 PM

I personally can't stand coffee either. Tastes extremely bitter for my taste...

kurrpt 02-07-2006 03:53 PM

so does real good, hoppy beer...

but once you get used to that initial "EWW!!!" it opens a whole new palette of flavor that didnt exists previously

Stoic 02-07-2006 03:53 PM

speaking of bitterness, has anyone drunk greek coffee?

PinkFreud 02-07-2006 03:55 PM

ugh. greek coffee. ridiculously strong.

i love coffee. just havent had it since i started school.

Very true, and that whole 40 hours a week thing is also true.

Amit 02-07-2006 04:00 PM

Good coffee is great, but I never drink it :-)

magicbus 02-07-2006 04:01 PM

I don't like coffee, but I do like espresso drinks. The flavors cancel out the nast.
It was ok, I dont quite see the epic in it.
It just kinda feels that way... the atmosphere is like something really huge is going on, it's not epic in like how amazingly written it is or anything.

Once more, caffinated bevarages > you.

Stormrider 02-07-2006 05:04 PM

I dont like Coffee, and never tasted tea.

Np Seven Witches - Witchcraft...love that song.

Coffe sucks elephant balls.

NP: Michale Graves - Morte D'Amore

Cain 02-07-2006 05:33 PM

I don't like coffee either, but I've only had bad kinds so I'm not in a real position to judge for sure.

The statement (falsely) imples that there are good kinds.

Illmatic 02-07-2006 05:52 PM

I like good coffee, but since neither Starbucks nor Dunkin Donuts has good coffee, I don't drink a lot of coffee.

TheDMV 02-07-2006 05:56 PM
The statement (falsely) imples that there are good kinds.
If you consider grande double choco frozen frappucino a kind of coffee, then there are good kinds.

Kurtz 02-07-2006 05:58 PM

At least you have Dunkin' Donuts.

Creme frappucinos don't count. But when I hear people ordering gratuitously complicated coffee and making up weird nicknames and shorthand for the ingredients (i.e. calling capuccino a "cap") I just want to stab them in the eye with a biscotti.

Biscottis are good.

Hey, I like their donuts and their bagels, and I don't mind the fact that 9 out of the 10 people that work there don't speak any goddamn english, but their coffee literally tastes like coffee-flavored hot water.

Also, you can't order anything from Starbucks without sounding like a flaming homosexual or a woman or a wussy scarf-wearing hipster (anything feminine, really). I bet if they put like water or orange juice on the menu they'd manage to fag that up too.

Ha, how does a scone to the torso sound?

I hate coffees. One of the smells I hate, along with cigarette smoke and rum.
