i did Dream Theater's "Blind Faith, and it turned out well so I think I'll put that up my camera sucks though. If you judged by its mic, my drums all sound awful, which stinks because they sound really great in person. it picked up my cymbals really well though |
I tried this out in the headfinder thread, but it seems a bit dead right now...
I'd like to grab some new tom heads with a nice, deep tone that still lets those tiny toms sing out. Preferably medium-short sustain. Now, i've heard about Evans' hydraulic black drumheads, and they seem like a good bet, but i've heard about some trouble with their durabillity; anyone have any experience with these? They'd look really sexy on my black pearl export set. |
