It's still not a professional sounding production, but I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

About the black metal highs, you're probably right. I did try, but I can't really go that high. I'm still trying to learn how to hit those higher registers. I've been told I have to learn how to sing falsetto first.

I'm not a jazz man, but nice, dude. I didn't notice any bad fuck-ups or anything. Brushes would have sounded better for the drums, but they don't seem too overbearing as it is.

Brent, I listened to that EP. It's a big improvement on the first album, man. The vocals are pretty cool. The guitars need more punch to bring it home, though.

cheers. music was just recorded live through several microphones into a mixer and then i did vocals on a seperate track. difference between that song and the previous one i posted way back is that this time we have decent equipment (i can barely lift the guitar amp on my own)

and yah, will most likely be a S4D release to begin with. we'll do a bunch of cd-rs just to hand out and send to bands/labels but planning to do a split tape release with another band with the demo on it plus some extra songs

Yeah I listened to it, and I definitely think it's one of your best tracks yet. Mostly 'cause it feels complete but there's something also about it that I can't quite put my finger on. It's a good thing of course.
