I really wanna see the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and The Raconteurs.

One time a guy ran after me in Banff because he thought I was Tyler from Death By Stereo. I was with a friend of mine named Tyler, so naturally we both kept looking back at him when he yelled out Tyler.

Ironically I saw the guy again the next day in Calgary.

your avatar is demented

DethChamber999 03-19-2007 04:40 PM

So why is it that eurpean fans of bands like anywhere from Iron Maiden to Megadeth and Preist, seem well actually do appreciate the music and a good concert than us Americans. Well Not all americans, I for one love a good show and appreciate music. I read from Bruce Dickinson that the energy in an overseas show is so intense than and Amercan show because everyone is there for the MUSIC not just to be cool and follow a trend. Why can more American fans be like that.

Corkofski 03-19-2007 04:42 PM

because america is shite?

DethChamber999 03-19-2007 04:45 PM

I mean Iron Maiden in Europe can draw 50,000-100,000 fans and here in the states maybe 10,000-15,000. Sux

Futuro 03-19-2007 04:46 PM

Because if you are still listening to Iron maiden/Megadeth you are following a trend TBH.

Little Android Man 03-19-2007 04:46 PM
because america is poope?
and another biased naive European statement.

there have been a lot of those lately.

I am not I have been listening to them since I was 14. For 13 years I am a fan not a trend follower. I still listened to them even when metal was "not cool" So I dont buy that.

lol owned.

_Wrathchild_ 03-19-2007 04:51 PM

Yeah Iron Maiden and Megadeth ftw. I don't listen to them as much as I used to, but I'm still a big fan of both. I got to see Megadeth a couple years ago which was really awesome, and I would love to see Iron Maiden someday too.

I want to see Porcupine Tree more than anything though but they never come near me :(

Drum Phil 03-19-2007 04:53 PM
