Ugh. I've had the worst toothache ever for the past week and I finally had surgery today. Went in there, they put me to sleep, and I woke up feel amazzzzzing.

After I got out of there I went and got a milkshake... since my mouth was numb little did I know I had spilled 3/4s of the ice cream all over my face, hehe. I feel great though - I got prescribed oxycodone and some vicodin too, hahaha.
I have to get seven teeth removed (got 3 removed today and got inner stitches). It'll end up costing a lot, but it's what I have to do.

It was over 500 dollars just for the ****ing anaesthesia.

TimJim 05-22-2008 03:52 PM

ouch :(

Jaundice 05-22-2008 03:59 PM

I was supposed to get ten teeth pulled but a few years back but they ended up all falling out over a six month period. It was a strange time; eating was never safe.

Nostalgia 05-22-2008 04:12 PM

This is metal. My mouth is completely filled with blood, and no matter what I do it just keeps coming. And coming. And coming.

dinosaurxbrocore 05-22-2008 04:13 PM

you love when the cum drips down you throat

edit: attempt number 2 at quitting cigarettes commence

Angmar 05-22-2008 04:43 PM

I had a pretty good day, the AP test was kinda hard, but I had a good time skipping school afterwards.

Jaundice 05-22-2008 04:45 PM

I think my parents are gonna drop me out of high school.

Nostalgia 05-22-2008 05:08 PM
edit: attempt number 2 at quitting cigarettes commence
Haha, I should probably quit too, but idk. Don't really care enough to I don't think.

Don't swill with salt water until your wounds have congealed, otherwise you're just making it worse. Also, lie down so your blood pressure is reduced, and don't take any aspirin or other painkillers which thin the blood. Did your dentist recommend a particular brand?

EDIT: Plus, you don't want to smoke for at least a week after your surgery, Austin. Otherwise you'll get dry socket and that is friggin' painful.

Nostalgia 05-22-2008 05:52 PM

Yeah, I'm afraid of dry socket. Right now I am trying not to take the oxyx, just because I'm not comfortable with it. I have some prescribed mouthwash that I'm going to use later on tonight, and besides that I have penicillin as an anti-inflammatory as well as 400mg etodolac (I guess it's a stronger version of an ibuprofen).

The mouthwash is a Chlorhexidine Gluconate oral rinse, but I have no clue what its use is.
I think my parents are gonna drop me out of high school.
hahaha are you seriously that dumb that your parents have given up hope on you finishing high school?

Jaundice 05-22-2008 05:54 PM

I've never even failed a grade yet, if you don't count this one. They're just quitters. My brother never failed once and my mom forced him to drop out like a month before he would have graduated.

EDIT: Actually, I'll take all of that defense back, because I've just realized that I actually am pretty goddamned stupid. I just spent about a minute struggling to plug a digital camera battery into my computer thinking it was the memory card.

masscows 05-22-2008 05:56 PM

Ummm...what?

why do they force you to drop out? is there any actual reason or do they just want uneducated kids or something?

7 teeth? :-/ jeez.

5 years ago I had 2 teeth (baby teeth)removed because the cavity was so big, it touched the nerve. It was about time I got them removed though, it hurt so much.

Moon Flavor 05-22-2008 06:07 PM

Yeah dude, public education's like...free.

Or at least free in the same way that water is free.

Jaundice 05-22-2008 06:09 PM

The counselor (the same one who sent me a wikipedia article in the mail yesterday and recommends that I go around my neighborhood befriending random middle-aged men) said I'm so uncooperative that it's going to take me atleast 6 years to graduate and that I should drop out, pursue the GED, and then go to a shit community college until my record looks good enough for me to actually get accepted into a decent college.

I think it's a cute concept, I'm not sure if it will work in real life.

Txus 05-22-2008 06:11 PM

That's just ****ed up.

It actually works better than people think, from what I've heard.

But if that's your counselor suggests, either they or you are really, really, really stupid.
