I took the heads and rims off my drums so far, its so exciting lol, the wood is kind of ugly I would say. I think I might do a sparkle finish... Not sure. Because the grain isn't the best I was going to stain it but maybe not.

use danish oil or another oil

it really bring the grain to life thats what i did with my CB kit

im putting the final coat of poly on tonight and will have pics by saturday hopefully

i did the same thing again. I forgot to delete a track and the drums doubled over. dammit, that was a good one too.

dammit, i tried to clean it up but it got messier, thats what i get for not checking it over. ill get it working eventually

AHHH!!!! My drums just got here... they are sooo beautiful. Stock heads still, but damn they sound better than anything ive ever heard!!! Man! dam.

I will take pics when tomorrow when i get my cymabls snare etc from my friends house. Then i will have a playable kit! The only thing i didnt like right from the start (without tuning or anything yet) was the sound of the bass drum. Because one, its ****tyily tuned, and 2 its an emad head but the plastic is broken and made a rattley sound when played. Ill replace that and the resonant head. The resonant head will be sweet, some sorta graphic.

Ima pry go aquarin super kick 2 as silly as it sounds.... nobody seems to like them cept for me, and ive used plenty of bass combos and i tend to like that head very very much. The res. head my guitarist and i will be working on to make it a work of art.

i should try the sk2, but i'm trying the ps4 first

I was thinking of maybe doing a sparkle paint like BB did, a wrap you risk wrinkles and stuff, and paint seems like more fun lol. SO far I have the rims and heads off but i must do homework

sparkles sell though, keep that in mind. Man i cant take my eyes of my kit its so sexy. Damn. I feel like i hardly deserve this baby, sounds so good is so sweet..... ill just have to get really kick *** to make sure i can do it justice!

guess im not the only one after all! I rather think emads are overrated. Not bad by any means, but i dont think EVERYONE should use them.

only thing ive ever played are pearl target stock heads and cb stock heads their like remo uk or something they do suck *** thou

I'm not sure how many of these characters exist in the USA, but there is a logical explanation to why each character is in each party. Just ask. Each party has a real life equivalent.
