g'day boys.

RichHunt 11-23-2005 06:15 AM

Hi. I have three exams tomorrow. Legal, Lit and Music. In that order.

Needless to say, I'm Cufked.

Jezen 11-23-2005 08:06 AM

I had my second maths paper this morning (calculator paper), and they put me through higher. Got Gurman this arvo too. I'm officially worried. :(
I'm not trying to be a smart *** but somone I think said it was like his other one with minor changes

Correct me if i'm wrong
yeah, that was me.

it is pretty much the same thing. he added a maramba part during the electric(which was first then the accustic was all one big one because they play "mystic rhythems" prior to it which he does electric) and he switched up the thing with the horns, but the end was exactally the same, even the backround video.

so nothing major, but it was still sweet. the maramba thing he added is crazy.

and another thing i noticed was that his high toms were WAY too high pitched. it was weird to here "spirit of radio" with such an insainly high tom fill

Jezen 11-23-2005 11:03 AM

Dammit! I was going so well in the German high paper I had this afternoon, but I fell asleep after question 10!

spike9908 11-23-2005 01:01 PM
Wow thats odd.
another thing is for 2112, they dont just play the overature and temples of syrinx, after those 2 they skip to the grand falale.

Do you ever get the felling that noone else likes music as much as you. Arrrrg. In my band I'm the only one who wright's songs. And I'm the drummer!!! The others don't really seem like they wanna play originals. They just come with new suggestions for cover songs. Grrrrrrrrrrrr.

AAhhhh, lost is on. Bye,bye. (for an hour)

Der Meister 11-23-2005 02:02 PM

Oh man, I just completed MGS2: Substance after tracking down a copy for the XBOX, and I have to say... it sucks.

The first one was fantastic, sons of liberty is such a load of tripe.

mysticalyeti 11-23-2005 02:18 PM

Get MGS3!

Janeway 11-23-2005 02:24 PM

God.
My mom made me a cup of coffee with peppermint mocha creamer in it.
It's so good.

In one of my German Exams at school, I thought it said 'Next to the Kitchen Utensils' instead of 'Next to the Cakes'.

I was quite embarrassed.

Hows between the wheels?

Loyton 11-23-2005 05:11 PM

I just called my sister, she has all the drums in her car and is about 5-6 hours away. Boo yah.

Jezen 11-23-2005 05:12 PM

Ok, after the mishap with the German exams, I have an ordinary day. I had to go have a drum lesson today, because I had orchestra rehearsals last Sunday where I would usually study kit. Anyway, my teacher Roger Hempsall gave me a Buddy Rich DVD. :D

Oh and I just got this email:

Hey Jezen,

This is Ming-a-Ling from MX. It seems that your thread which you had posted all your progress on your Jezen snare hasn't been posted in for so long that it's no longer on the forum (either that or I just can't find it), and I just had some questions about the process. I'm wanting to get an old beat up kit to restore, but I've never done anything like that I'm curious as to the steps you took in building your snare, and what supplies you needed. If you could walk me though it I'd really appreciate it. Thanks man.
