Bad Blood 05-29-2006 03:54 PM

Is anyone watching the celebrity X-Factor?

Chris Moyles is on it, and it's weird because he's quite good at singing : /

His performance was dead good too haha.

Dead Star 05-29-2006 03:57 PM

I was angry Chris Moyles was that good.

Pazz 05-29-2006 04:00 PM

Hey guys.

It is so hot outside! It's like 30 degrees celcius.

It was horrible, all the trains and buses people took to work today were closed down because of stupid reasons, so everyone was driving into Toronto. Well I was going to Toronto for a class trip, and the amount of smog was horrible, I couldn't find the CN Tower it was that bad.

That's what you get for living in the UK.:p

We are supposed to have warm weather like this for the next two days. The days I wish I had a pool, thank god for air conditioning.

Firecracker 05-29-2006 04:08 PM

That's very nice. We have half term so i wish we had that kind of weather.
Yeah i suppose i could just run away to north america where there is decent weather, but then i wouldn't comment, because only english do that.

Pazz 05-29-2006 04:10 PM

I'm at the worst part of the year when it comes to school. I have my history essay, which I plan to start tonight, a religion project which has a bunch of parts to it, thankfully most of it is inclass work. I also have music exams coming up shortly.

Dead Star 05-29-2006 04:10 PM

I'm back at school tomorrow :upset:

That other girl does my head in.

Black Ink 05-29-2006 04:38 PM

So I just moved into my new apartment at campus for the summer. It's pretty sweet, reminds me of living in a hotel suite or something. 4 singles (I only know of me and some other kid living here for now), 2 bathrooms, a living room and kitchen. There's no microwave or toaster so I'm gonna have to use the oven to make my food for awhile, and my tv turns out to be busted so my laptop and cell phone are my only contacts with the outside world until I go back home for the weekend.

I start working tomorrow so that should keep me busy from 8 to 4 in the afternoon, and there's some people on campus that I know and plenty I don't so I'll get to meet a ton of new people. Can't wait till people come back from Memorial day.

cobert 05-29-2006 04:56 PM

That sounds the the plot for a sitcom pilot if I've ever heard one.

"2 zany kids move into an apartment. Their first night there, they dont have any appliances and must use only the computer and cell phone. HILARIOUS MUST SEE T.V.!!!!!!!!!!!"

Bad Blood 05-29-2006 05:43 PM

lmao i'm talking to a lesbian on myspace, pretending to also be lesbian and getting lots of pics and stuff. Hahahaha, she's quite hot aswell. ;)

Kif 05-29-2006 05:44 PM

I can imagine it now. It's like Joey and Chandler from Friends... ON ACID!

More to the point; How would TV be a contact to the outside world? Surely most things on TV are for escapism, so it would be contact to a fictional world (Unless you meant the news or something)?

cobert 05-29-2006 05:50 PM

He never siad it was, he just said his phone and ocmputer were his only contacts to the outside world. You could read that it was implied that he listed his TV as a contact, but he never specifically said it was.

But TV gives the news. If anything major happens, it will probably be on TV first.

Kif 05-29-2006 05:58 PM

Internets > Television

I'm off to bed, and in the morning, I'm watching every episode of Robot Chicken from season 1.

Black Ink 05-29-2006 06:26 PM

I mostly just watch the news/weather on the tv besides a few shows :O

There's gonna be two other guys coming in either late today or tomorrow. I just met Chris, he's a 5th year senior, seems cool enough though.

1) Why do you have to rewrite them?
2) Can't you just type them up and print them out?

Stupid MX keeping me up. I wanted to get an early night, and now it's half 1 in the morning!

Pazz 05-29-2006 06:47 PM

I got one paragraph of my history essay done in 30 minutes. I really don't feel like working on this tonight. Maybe I will just do it tomorrow night.

I have to rewrite them because they all have to be in one notbook. RIght now, theyre al on seperate sheets of paper because i ahvent had a notebook for hte last few weeks, and my printer is out of ink. Im almost done anyways.

Pazz 05-29-2006 07:14 PM

Anybody interested in doing a history essay on The United Nations. 5 - 6 pages, double spaced and footnoted and with at least 5 bibliography entrees.

DepthsOfDreams555 05-29-2006 07:15 PM

What's in it for me?

Also that is one big BITCH of a paper!
