I just noticed that there was nothing explicit against plagiarism in the Forum Rules. I guess it was left to common sense, or assumed that people would follow the law of their own volition.

Note the past tense though.
Was that is reference to Gav's plagarizing of my :amaze: dude?

Oh and I am interested in getting those Game Boy games for Zelda where you have to make it change season and stuff, that seems an interesting aspect.

Anyone had a go of that?

I have been playing Breath Of Fire heaps on my SNES emulator, I think it's one of the most fun SNES rpg's I've ever played.

I also love Harvest Moon :upset:.

Foxfire 10-21-2004 02:08 PM

The Quest for Speed thing. (for whoever asked what Wintermute was talking about)

as i was just reminiscing about concerts, i remembered that i saw Primus last year on the Tour De Fromage, it was spectacular.
the show went on for about 3 hours (this counts about a 30 minute break between the 2 sets that they played), and i was right up front in front of Claypool the entire time, that was one hell of a concert.
SET 1
To Defy the Laws of Tradition 07:35
Spegetti Western 07:41
My Friend Fats 11:37
DMV 06:14
The Carpenter And The Dainty Bride 07:05
Too Many Puppies 08:59
Frizzle Fry 06:24
SET 2
Seas of Cheese 04:01
Here Come the Bastards 03:51
Sgt. Baker 04:49
American Life 12:23
Jerry Was A Race Car Driver 03:16
Eleven Drum Intro 12:40
Eleven 08:51
Is It Luck? 03:37
Grandad's Little Ditty 00:27
Tommy the Cat 07:40
Sathington Waltz 04:34
Those ****ed Blue-Collar Tweekers 08:48
Fish On 07:15
Los Bastardos 05:09
ENCORE
Mr. Krinkle 05:24

before they started playing DMV Claypool said how they rarely play it because it's so hard, then he screwed up the intro and said "See, ****ed it up already" or something like that.
by the way, i just burgled the set from the primuslive site, that's why it has the track times.

That sux Gav.

Wintermute 10-21-2004 02:14 PM

Any other symptoms? Because I can think of at least one very nasty disease with that as a symptom.

Get to a doctor, really. The one I'm thinking of is fatal if untreated.

FUNKNBASS 10-21-2004 02:15 PM

Yeah I would go to a doctor Gav.

:amaze: 10-21-2004 02:17 PM

So yeah, my new band is freaking awesome. We have been practicing for abuot 2 weeks, and already have 5 songs and big plans. We are gonna finish 2 more songs, polish them up and stuff, then record them (on drummers computer, we've done it before) and have a demo/ep hopefully by the time we have our first show. Also, we are gonna do an acoustic album, maybe like 7 or 8 acoustic songs, a couple might be acoustic versions of songs we have, and record all that too. So hopefully by the end of the year, we'll have 2 cds out and we'll be playing shows fairly regularly. Plus, the 2 other guys in the band were in my old band, so we know how to work with each other real well .... its awesome.

Spaceman Spiff 10-21-2004 02:18 PM

coughing blood, huh?
were you doing something that caused you to or did it just happen out of nowhere?

one time a friend of mine was listening to Territorial Pissings by Nirvana and screaming along with Cobain for an hour or something, he said he coughed blood from that, and at school the next couple days he had almost no voice.

FUNKNBASS 10-21-2004 02:18 PM

Cool Luke.

bottlerocket 10-21-2004 02:19 PM

^ That's cool Luke...

Um, really sore throat, coughing, fever. I think pneumonia, but I'm not sure. I'd go to a doctor, but my mom had to go to work after she picked me up from school and wouldn't take me to a doctor and I've been home alone ever since. o_O

I'm just sick I guess...my sore throat has progressed over the week (I think partially because of the ALCS and the Sox's victory :naughty: We rule!, but I didn't really yell last night). I have no idea what it is.
Symptoms include: cough that is worse in the morning (sometimes with hemoptysis, blood in the sputum), chest pain, breathlessness, night sweats, and signs of pneumonia. In advanced disease, there may be extreme weight loss. Examination with a stethoscope may reveal diminished breath sounds, bronchial breathing, tracheal deviation, and coarse crackles.
That sound about right?

If so, make getting to a doctor priority number one.

bottlerocket 10-21-2004 02:23 PM

Minus the breathlessness, chest pain, and weight loss, yeah.

:thumb:

-Gav

Wintermute 10-21-2004 02:24 PM

Weight loss is only in extreme cases.

Go to a doctor. That was from a Tuberculosis website.

At the very least your bronchi are damaged or seriously inflamed - there's no good way for that to happen.

gaslight 10-21-2004 02:28 PM

Yeah man, just get checked out. It takes 10 minutes to see a doctor, it's worth it :thumb:.

Or if you can't today, tommorow or something.

Wintermute 10-21-2004 02:29 PM

How far away is your doctor? If there is no way you can get in, go tomorrow. But go.
