i tried melatonin a while ago and it did the opposite for me. made me stay awake even longer. either that or it didn't work at all. funny enough though my mom was the one told me to take it as well. they're good for that sort of thing aren't they?

clearly, I am in the camp that disagree as really, at worst it's far from offensive. I thin it out with evaporated milk, and coriander adds a lot to it. I reduce a lot of the juice from seafood and blend it with the milk and cheese.
