considering the talent deniro has/had, it was terrible too.

it's past 12 here. i can never get myself to sleep before 3 though.

Jom 02-05-2006 11:04 PM

What was that movie with him and Owen Wilson where he (Murphy) was the boxer, but then got into espionage and all that?

THAT movie sucked a fat one. Ugh. Horrendous.

Glitterati 02-05-2006 11:04 PM
9 is close to bed time for you?

:-/ I should get more sleep. But I just cant bring myself to go to sleep before 11
Yeah, but it's my own choice. I'm horrible at waking up in the morning, so I try to go to bed earlier these days.

Shadows 02-05-2006 11:05 PM

DeNiro was what kept that movie mildly interesting for me.

So I had my first visit to the psychologist yesterday. The guy is really nice, but he has one of those voices that is very soothing and puts you to sleep. Plus he has a very comfortable and expensive leather couch. I don't know how I'm going to stay awake. :(

Illmatic 02-05-2006 11:06 PM

Tyler 02-05-2006 11:06 PM

I'm going to bed now, so yeah. Peace out Rock & Metal.

Depression. Psychology is supposed to go along with the medication I'm on.

PinkFreud 02-05-2006 11:10 PM

my old psychologist used to have me do this sort of meditative, focusing thing and i would always fall asleep during it. every single time. i felt so bad.

Jacaranda 02-05-2006 11:10 PM

I'm sure he didn't mind he still got money for your sessions and didn't have to listen to you.

Do you mean therapy?

Shadows 02-05-2006 11:12 PM
Do you mean therapy?
Yes.

This guy is having me keep a journal that I need to write in every day. I think this could really help me.

My old psychologist looked like David Byrne from Talking Heads.

I'm guessing you watched the half time show. What did you think?

I just got a new prescription for prozac. I have tried therapy many times but it does nothing for me.

I thought they played fine, I don't understand how people expect them to play as good as they did back in the day. Of course they are going to be weaker, I mean hell look at Bob Dylan he can barley play guitar, they are playing fine for their age.
Do I even want to know what you thought of it? :)
And were you just randomly guessing I liked them or did you know I like um?

Wow, so is any one here, like not depressed, chemically inbalanced etc... other then me! I've never been to a psychologist either! Yay, for being normal.

PinkFreud 02-05-2006 11:21 PM

i'm not anymore. i don't think.

maybe sometimes but it's not full blown or anything and i can deal with it. it was just a hard time in my life.

Social anxiety? Thats where you don't like to talk to people, right? Set me straight please. Whats the last one.

You seem so normal online, now you scare me.

PinkFreud 02-05-2006 11:32 PM

it's a high functioning version of autism. it can vary. i'm assuming emh is very borderline.
Do I even want to know what you thought of it?

No, I keep track of things. Specifically the people who listen to 200+ tracks of The Stones per week.

I'm not a huge Stones fan to begin with, so I wasn't really feeling it.

Glitterati 02-05-2006 11:35 PM

^^^Yeah, I'm borderline. As in, I can form my own sentences and get dressed by myself and whatnot.
Social anxiety? Thats where you don't like to talk to people, right?
It's where you feel awkward around large groups of people, like you feel you're always gonna mess up.

Why is therapy so common in the US?

The only therapy I get is administered by some Irish guys.

And no, it isn't Guiness. :p

It's okay. I think the Burn In Hell cover is the best thing they've ever done, and I'm serious because that song kicks serious ***.

Amit 02-06-2006 12:11 AM

Moses, could you hook me up with the PoS album?
