I always recommend the same bands/ones everyone already knows.

But more people should listen to XTC so I'll say them.

NP: Smashing Pumpkins - Bullet with Butterfly wings

Luxor 10-25-2005 07:17 AM

So much talk of City Of Caterpiller. I have their self-titled, it's decent... Is there a better album that I'm missing out on?

superpeer 10-25-2005 07:41 AM

Did you order it from the internets? There's no way in hell that I can find Emo/screamo albums in stores.

Luxor 10-25-2005 07:43 AM

I steal all those types of bands off BuddyBigsby via da slsk.

Bartender 10-25-2005 09:15 AM

They only have the one album, I think. I also haven't yet been able to see it's magic.

I'm surprised that those are the only bands in my list that you have an issue with. Besides, the important thing is that he is tricked into listening to them even if they're not his thing at all :)

$18.99 at Tower, but that's the only place I've looked really.

Plus its not even a real cd, its that new stupid pocket (well it's an actual cd but you know what I mean).

Cardboard sleeves, you mean?

Zmev 10-25-2005 01:42 PM

Yeah that's the ticket.

Wanker 10-25-2005 01:45 PM
Yeah that's the ticket.
:( I like those. Constellation Records releases all their artists's albums (or most, at least) in cardboard cases instead of plastic. I like 'em because they take up less space and for aesthetic reasons.
