That's rather depressing. I was going to import some Vegemite and kangaroo on Friday with my next paycheck. :/
Everyone in the world should eat vegemite on a daily basis. |
Get the vegemite mate it's probably the best spread for toast in the world.

Do you prepare yours with a layer of butter and then spread vegemite on that? |
Only rarely.
I almost never use butter on anything, I just put the vegemite straight on the toast. That said, hot buttered toast with vegemite is quite delicious. It's up to you really. One of my favourites at the moment is toast, no butter, vegemite, with a slice of cheese on top. |
holy shit new glassjawwwwww
|
No.Wai.

genuinely new music, not just those singles that had been around in the public domain in one form or another for years. super stoked. and i don't feel bad downloading a rar of it seeing as it's being given away for free at shows.

This is still necessary to protect these forums from the RIAA:

Sweet, I just downloaded the entire MLE discography from PirateBay. |

Also, this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n-TtVTwtyfs that's real man bass playing, none of that jazz stuff :p |
Goddamn. Amazing tone. Is he tuned F#-D?
|
I think that song's main riff is in E? So that'd put him in B-D tuning. Meshuggah use FBbEbAb I think but I'm not sure.
|
Love how this was in the related videos though:

Don't listen to Gaslight, he's crazy. Butter/margarine and vegemite = win. |
Fuck butter man it's just fat.

No, delicious fat comes from meat.

Fat from butter or blind from margarine? :chug: |
Or just have neither.

(B-G because it's a 5-string, but that's just semantics...) I knew Meshuggah liked the sub-contra tunings, but I couldn't remember if it was F or F#. |
Yeah, I think they just play regular 8 strings down half a step. But again, this is all just form things I remember hearing once upon a time. I'm not sure the bass is even an octave below like the guitar is, or if it's actually just the same pitch as the guitars?
|

Blasphemy, you need to lubricate the bread. |

I've read that he tunes down an octave below the guitars for their super-low stuff. |

Maybe you do, personally I only put bread in my mouth. |
