Oooh I really wanna see Cornelius now. I saw The Mae Shi last week and it was probably the best gig I've ever been to. Their new stuff is amazing and the energy they have on stage is unbelievable.

I would've went to see the Mae Shi, but they chose to ignore Scotland's existence. Those dicks.

same with Low in April or whenever they're playing.

Scotland gets quite a lot of bands we don't get. It was wierd they played Cardiff considering the only other dates they did were in London.

It was insane though, full of random costume changes, shouting, wierd fairy light arrangements and general running around and going mental. At one point the lead guitarist gave me his guitar mid-song and I've never felt so helpless and insignificant, but at the same time excited. It was one of those moments where it felt like I'd never even touched a guitar.

Cornelius pulled some dude on stage for a theremin solo.

Love and Rockets was an awesome comic from the 80s by these brothers (Jaime and Gilbert Hernandez.) They both wrote on-going stories, one about a little town and the other about lesbian punk rock chicks. That's one of them, Hopey in your av.

Anyway, I'm a total L&R fanboy.

Yeah, the bros. pretty much dug drawing naked chicks, too. So some of the comics are almost like Tijuana bibles.
