Yeah thats best for you, keeps your metabolism going. When you wait long between your meals, your body enters starvation mode and stores any food you eat as fat.

It's hard to tell when some girls have eating disorders because of that.

edit: I ate like that this summer, but it is really hard for me to keep up with it right now. Im gonna try to again after this semester ends.

Why is it hard?

I eat in class, at work, and at home. The only times I don't have food is when I'm driving or sleeping for the most part.

i only seriously bother with here. i **** around with an australian students forum but they basically troll themselves so its just some light amusement. I try but fail to spend as little time as possible on forums

i kept waking up in the middle of the night cause my throat hurt a lot

that sucks. I slept pretty well because I drank like a bottle of wine last night....but I was on the forums still like 6 hours ago so it was good sleep, just short sleep.
