I was just saying stay away from the meathead/macho mentality if you are gonna "train" its good to do like 2 sets of 8-10 reps each (maintaing form cant be stressed enuff, hence i repeat myself) If you're all about working out your arms, which i can kinda tell, make sure you take a day off in between training days like monday wednesday friday kinda deal |

Forearms, I do the lil forarm curls with a light barbell, where you have them on your knees. And the inverted arm curl. For biceps, normal standard curl. Triceps, I do a dumbell tricep extention. Legs I do squats, and running and kickboxing. Stomach, sit ups, russian twists, leg raises and pikes. Chest, scissor grip. Overal, Rowing machine.
