Funny story. About 7 or 8 years ago, my mother was out grocery shopping for dinner and she saw Jaromir Jagr at the checkout counter with an entire cart full of junk food. Cheetos, peanut butter, potato chips, Keebler cookies, Twizzlers... All told, a load with enough calories to make a dead tortoise hit warp 3 and enough sugar to kill a diabetic from just being within five feet of the pile.

The two girls at the registers recognized him instantly and went into an excited giggling fit at seeing him in person. They asked him why he was buying so much junk food, and he just shrugged and guiltily said, "I like to eat."

AH, Steerpike, calm down guys...I was making a joke at the fact that there is no longer an NHL. Please, I know this stuff anyway: my stepdad is the biggest Bruins fan ever. I do have some rudimentary knowledge of the NHL at the very least.

Also, I was #75 on the top 100 MXers list! :eek: ...who the hell voted for me?

Also, notes from Pistons/Spurs: Beno Udrih has to be one of the ten worst players in the NBA.

Ha, I wish I could make up excuses for acting like an idiot.

The monsters were so stupid. I remember the bad guy maker would look at something from earth (like a trumpet or a pig) and make a monster out of it, and the monster would always be some guy in a suit who got an a[size=2]sswhooping[/size] from the Power Rangers.

The best was that they would always be in the middle of the city when they were about to fight, then all of a sudden they would be out in the middle of nowhere. And I like how the Yellow one was Asian and the Black one was Black. Minority representation.

Wtf was with the bosses? The battle sequences were always the same- The Rangers would whoop the bosses arse, then they boss would re-encarnate it's self as a 10 times larger monster, pwn the rangers. Then the Rangers would turn into their animal whatevers and kill the monster. Then Rita would blame it on that blue hog.
