I don't know, Nightmares has a pretty unique sound to it... the new one's more generic, but it's still based in their sound.

Yeah, the production on their self-titled is a lot better (well worse actually, but it fits more) than on As The Roots Undo.

I sorta get the generic thing too. Nightmares is my favorite album by them just because of The Darkest Tomb. Love that song.

The new one is still awesome though. Sam's vocals rule.

They do indeed. Heartless, Sail This Ship Alone and Buried At Sea are the best off of the new album.

Desperate Man's Diary is superb.

Glass Casket is elite. Though I don't really see much that's hardcore about them.

They just riff in a metalcore sorta way.
