My heads filled with randomness. Someone help me.

duffroxmysox 02-03-2005 08:06 AM

Get a fishing rod and attatch a randomness detector to the end then go fishing...through the nose

ahem, sorry about that

Adam Jones is GOD 02-03-2005 08:10 AM

Thats only going to make it worse, filling head with more randomness that way.

Think normal thoughts. Rearrange your sock drawer. Read a newspaper. mow the lawn. All normal, non random things.

duffroxmysox 02-03-2005 08:15 AM

Actually, good point, you want non-random thoughts...and yet you come to this thread :p

duffroxmysox 02-03-2005 08:44 AM

I see, have no idea what that meant but good :thumb:

normally I would say dont worry explaining but erm....POST AN EXPLANATION DAMMIT! :p

Adam Jones is GOD 02-03-2005 08:47 AM

MJK = Maynard James Keenan. lead singer of Tool, and god to many.

I posted that he is probably the most likely of people to mess up if anything goes wrong with a new album. Mayhem endured.

There, im sure(post) you were(count) really interested(increase) in knowing(for) that (you).

duffroxmysox 02-03-2005 08:50 AM

haha well, you shou be happy knowing that I knew who MJK was, just didn't put the name and the initials togethwer and em...forgot the band

and I (good) was very (post) impressed at your (count) ability to (increase) explain :)

duffroxmysox 02-03-2005 08:51 AM

anywho, much to your upset I'm sure, I must dash, bye all

Adam Jones is GOD 02-03-2005 08:52 AM

Yeah,(this) im(is) a (a)smart (cool)person,(code) and(method.) well(we) done(kick) on remembering(butt) who MJK is.

Adam Jones is GOD 02-03-2005 08:52 AM

135lbs.
All in all, I lost about 15lbs and I've just got back to weightlifting.
I'm working about 20lbs an arm at the moment, but for maximum liftage, I could probably handle around maybe 30 for one rep.

thats stupid as hell!!!! dont ever do that

the thing about weight lifting that everyone does wrong as they see it as "hey i wanna lift this much, then ill be kewl/strong"

you need to keep in mind that form is the most important thing in weight training. If you cant keep perfect form, you should never be doing the weight

8-10 reps is what you want

kurrpt 02-03-2005 02:12 PM

if u want more of a description, no problem. But like i said, if you have perfect form, then you will build the muscle properly, you wont risk getting hurt, which could hinder your muscle growth.

Free weight are the best, because they use surrounding muscle groups at the same time. Dont be one of those guys that just works your arms out, unless you wanna look goofy
