willis2441 02-21-2005 09:19 PM
ya y does every one love one i heard it and was bored to tears but ur rite they cant live forever it would be sadder for some old guy to keep his hair and hold onto something that is already dead even though u know u have to admit old better than new
when one picks up its awesome, the guitar solo, lars' double bass, then hetfields solo, its just a great song, the beginning guitar riff is chilling at a concert, you hear all those guns and $hit, then that begining guitar, its killer.plus the explosions.

I wouldn't say it's their best, I really don't think I could label anything their best (Maybe Orion) but it is a bloody awesome song, been covered by many people, so that's proof it's good.

guitarloser 02-21-2005 09:29 PM

I can't say i've heard one of their songs that i don't like, there may be a few that aren't as good as the others but for the most part i like 'em all!

Only band I know of who could touch Orion, and have, is Dream Theater, and their version was so beautiful. I have Dream Theater covering the whole Master of Puppets album in one sitting (57 Minutes) they don't make ONE mistake the whole time, it's just amazing.

I reckon you could just get people to headbang to Battery, they'd build up enough sweat from it they'd surely lose their weight!
ID like to hear that. Wear did u find it?
I actually didn't find it, I bumped into a guy at my old school who was heavily into both bands and he gave me the album I quess you'd call it, but it's only 1 file. It's 80mb.

Edit: Breadfan's the song, Budgie's the band. I've never heard the original, but I like Metallica's version.

Breadfan is a song from the garage inc. album, originally recorded by thin lizzy!

Wolverton 02-21-2005 09:53 PM
