I'm not thin per say but I would be in a lot better shape if I had a better diet.

I'm really fat. Luckily though, I have a big body structure which makes me a natural for bodybuilding. I hope to be fairly jacked in a few years :swarzeneggar:

I just eat whatever and apparently don't really gain weight.

I can't bench to save my life because my arms are really long and skinny, I can squat a lot though, most of my arm work outs are on machines, but I don't go in the weight room much :-/

Same. My metabolism is too fast, my only real option is to put on muscle mass and that's so much work. |
I used to only eat like two times and day and little shitty meals but weight like 2 cocaines.
edit: my benching is **** because i've got two really bad shoulders. I'm a natural powerlifter and hate doing tons of reps with small weights so it sucks. |

I weighed more when I did karate. I've dropped about 20 pounds since then. Muscle mass is good.

im 205 but i am 6'3"ish. i should be at around 190-195 but i hurt my shoulder early this year keeping me from working out. but im starting to hit the gym again hoping to drop some weight. im not fat but i just got a lack of a six pack

thats sort of like me, but i want to lose some of my fat and get my more toned frame i had before i got hurt. im bench pressing only around 135-140 right now, hoping to get back to 150 |

Bench is an odd lift...I could bench 135 in 9th grade but there are guys like you and Al Horford, the 3rd pick in the NBA draft and he's 6 10) who can't bench worth ****. I won't hold it against you man.

It's because of my shoulder problems. Without that i'd be benching a lot probably.

Basketball isn't really about that kind of strength though so it's reasonable.
