Awesome. I had the problem with everything you mentioned for a LONG time.

My mom and stepdad were very lenient when we moved out here. As long as I didn't get any girls pregnant, didn't get arrested, and called them to let them know what I was doing, they didn't care what I did.

Which isn't to say that they are bad parents.

Yeah, my parents were very bitchy about my appearance, because they wanted to control everything about me, but they figured they'd just make me shave every day and make me put my hair in a ( :( ) ponytail all the time. Then I moved out here and I can not care about my appearance anymore :lol: .

My gal loves Nightwish. She's also a classicaly trained singer, whose voice is a little higher than Tarja's but still suited to the kind of music. We joke about being in a Nightwish cover band together.
