Hey, my names Ollie and im 14 turning 15 soon. Ive been playing for 5 years and I still have a lame a$$ kit. But im hopefully getting a new one for christmas :D I live in Birmingham, England. I like rock/hard rock/punk/pop punk/metal/heavy metal/grunge and some others. My main influence is Lars Ulrich because I love Metallica. I play drums for my band, I also do backing vocals and all the PC stuff. Im on here all the time even though I never really post. Ive been her for quite a while now and I dont plan on leaving anytime soon.
Ollie
Awsome, welcome to forums(although you've been here a while) you can learn alot. Metallica rocks but don't mention Ulrich unless you want to start a major flame fest. Honestly there are alot of better drummers and you can find them, go to the gear and media they have a thread of videos and they have ALOT of good ones with buddy rich, ed shaunasee, Beauford and a couple of others. |
Yeah it would be better if I had something that required less air, when I play loud for the band to hear I ussually run out of breath every bar when play anywhere over forte
'Grr' to dynamics. |
'Grr' to dynamics.
Yeah... The only thing worse are those pesky accents... |
Wah.
I'm bored out of my mind. My parents took the car away because I backed over my grandmothers mail box and drove away with out informing them that I did. |
sup poppinfresh - you're in saratoga eh? That's pretty close.
So you in a band or anything?
yeah, we kind of split up and the guitarist is still but we never practice. We played at the moon festival in cupertino in september. We were an 80s hair metal band. it went pretty well. And you? i took lessons with a guy in sunnyvale for a while. Violin lessons. His name was mr johnson, really old guy, but great player. |
Oof.
I wish I was anywhere else in the world, but here. (The place in which I am sitting.)
So you'd rather be sitting on Saddam Husseins sweaty lap? |
Y'know?,
I don't think I would like that. I shall remove that post, as I'm probably asking for any kind of weird reply back. |
AUGH
OH MY FUCKING GOD!!!!! Why is it the girls who shouldn't be wearing a bra always do, and the girls who NEED to wear a bra don't?! My sister is walking around wearing a tight blue t-shirt with no bra and I can see her nipples and now I'm really reconsidering my sexuality. ;.; |
^ Buy her one for Christmas.
|
I'm going to buy her a dildo and then cover it in fiberglass powder.
Nobody likes an itchy vagina. |
picsplzkthxbai:naughty:...haha kidding...that sucks:lol:
|
I'm going to buy her a dildo and then cover it in fiberglass powder.
Nobody likes an itchy omnibus.
Well, Nothing spells out I-LOVE-YOU like presents for your genitalia. *Ew.* |
....
How are your ears, baby? |
All cleared up!
:D And yours? If I remember correctly, you said your ears were a little funky, too. |
Yeah.
I stopped using alcohol on them and switched to anti-bacterial hand soap, and they cleared up in two days. |
i bought some ramushin hothot noodles yesterday. they are better than sex.
|
Well, That's good to know.
|
u better believe it. i had a cold and this cleared my sinuses right up.
|
I'd like some noodles right now...
|
which reminds me..
when i cook noodles and i want an egg, i tend to get lazy and just crack the egg into soup and let it cook like that. then my friend told me that not only is that disgusting, its unsanitary..i hope its not true..cuz im used to doing it like that :( |
How would it be unsanitary?
If the egg cooks there isn't anything to make you ill. |
yeah thats not unsanitary...my mom makes soup like that all the tim and its SOOOO good
|
he says it doesnt get cooked enough? i guess hes just used to the grill marks u get from frying it. im off to go cook a bowl now, im friggin hungry cuz there was no food at the tailgate party like i thought there would be. just beer
time to find out if these noodles get rid of headaches too. if they do..they are godly. |
I'm sure they're cooked enough.
You'll know if you get the shits. |
So, who missed me?
|
maybe i grew immune to it :(
|
If the egg is cooked past 118 degrees, then all of the enzymes in it have been killed and you wont get salmonella.
I'm positive the soup you cook it in gets it well past 118. |
WOOT in about an hour im putting the first coat of varathane on my drums
i chose satin finish instead of gloss for a number of reasons satin shows air bubles less satin wont show that scratches as much and everyone does gloss |
So, who missed me?
You were banned, right?... ---- My father is insisting on watching some kind of Gaelic T.V Programme, and is trying to tap his feet to the weird pipe music that's on. Oh, I want to plug up my ears. |
You were banned, right?...
