I miss my year 8 + 9 German lessons, GCSE french just wasn't the same...due to different people + annoying teacher + annoying language.

Although, I do like saying Je Suis la Gare :)

I am the Station.

dave grohl 12-01-2004 03:25 PM

a teacher in my school said acouple of weeks ago that every student had to do a sport and i recently wrote a speech on banning sport in school for a competition, i won, and the teacher said that i had 5 weeks of detention just because she jumped to the conclusion that i didnt do a sport and i said i played tiddly-winks which is actually a official sport, but now i have 7 weeks of detention because of not doing a sport and being smart. the punishments at my school are particulary harsh to.

I used to live up near Brum 'til I was 8 years old (which was almost 9 years ago).

When I'm an angry Mr. Andy or a drunk Mr. Andy, my Brum accent comes out in full force, and someone came up with the name Lord Brummington.

Also, I'm the only Brummie in my group of friends, so it kinda makes sense.

:)

dave grohl 12-01-2004 03:52 PM

cool.

Last time my dad and his brother were having a conversation, I sat there and spent ages trying to figure out what they were saying, it was really fast brummie which I haven't heard for years.

Untitled 12-01-2004 04:32 PM

My mancuinian comes out......erm.......when i talk.

And please note, we dont all sound like scallys, only the scallys sound like scallys.

I hate that stereotype that all macuniuns are scallys/talk like oasis.

Brew 12-01-2004 04:33 PM

I like Oasis.

Untitled 12-01-2004 04:35 PM

So do i, but we dont all talk like them, like many people think.
