Oh I've had a long day, give me a break.

Bartender 10-17-2005 02:17 AM

The new layout as it is now isn't all that different, though. It was much, much different when it first got changed, and was terrible.

br3ad_man 10-17-2005 02:29 AM

I think I must have missed it.

Zmev 10-17-2005 02:31 AM

It's not bad, but the title thing has too much info.

I'LL GIVE YOU TOO MUCH INFO!

morrissey 10-17-2005 06:04 AM

ugh not you again.

shit son, thats deep :smoke:

I don't know, theres not really an answer to that question. Everyone has their own interpratation and connotations which they attatch to words. In my oppinion it refers to lifestyles, it's too hard to tie any specific range of music into 'alternative for it to be a genre.

morrissey 10-17-2005 10:07 AM

You take things so literally.

I was a "vegetarian" for about a week in grade 7. I've done my part.

hahaha. Ha.

Luxor 10-17-2005 10:11 AM

In high school I did a project on vegetarians. 75% of the vegetarians and 95% of the vegans were scene kids.

Kyle 10-17-2005 10:17 AM
hahaha. Ha.
you people are so mean..

Glitterati 10-17-2005 10:18 AM

I could never be a vegetarian/vegan. I like milk too much.

np: Joe Jackson - (Do The) Instant Mash
you people are so mean..
Don't worry it was just funny that you took it seriously.

Lux, that doesn't surprise me. Most go off it once they turn 18 though.

Nothing wrong with being vegetarian, there is something wrong with doing it to be cool.

Speaking of, I have quite a few Joe Jackson albums on my wishlist that I've been neglecting for lesser artists. I need to get back on track.

I just felt like being active....I'm really bored.

morrissey 10-17-2005 10:24 AM

So am I. I'm in my uni's cafeteria right now, and instead of doing readings that were to be done this morning I'm here. Hmm.

What's up with you?

Glitterati 10-17-2005 10:32 AM
I just felt like being active....I'm really bored.
Write a book! That's what my friend Suzanne always tells me to do when I saw I'm bored...

morrissey 10-17-2005 10:35 AM
/muscles in

I'm tired. I spent my last lecture sleeping. :o
I didn't go to bed. I'm more tired.

On the train here I wasn't sure if I'd be able to manage the 30 minute walk up to the school. I managed, yay!

I should really be doing my sociology essay....but thats no fun. I would write a book if I had any commitment what-so-ever. I can't wait to go to uni next year....it best be up to the hype.

morrissey 10-17-2005 10:41 AM
Well that was rather silly; you do that a lot apparently. I didn't sleep until 8am, waking up at 11.30 just in time to miss the bus. Oh irregular sleeping patterns oh.
Yeah irregular sleeping patterns are my bane, I screw myself over and can't get out of the funk once I start. Let's see if I can beat it tonight. Just in time for a week when I'm so busy with real life crap I'm not going to school until next Monday. :)

edit: Kyle, it's great fun. At least it can be. What are you thinking of majorig in? Choose something you'll enjoy, otherwise I'd imagine it can get unbearable at times.

I was always gonna do Media Studies because I have always enjoyed it, but my dad gets all high and mighty with his physics degree. If I don't do Media I would do English Lit, but I still reckon I'm gona do media.

morrissey 10-17-2005 10:52 AM

You'll figure it out, still plenty of time to go. :)

This Faith review is bugging the crap out of me, I've been working on it for weeks and I can't budge past the background info, I haven't even started talking about the album yet.

Faith? As in, George Michael "Faith?"

Wow :amaze:

morrissey 10-17-2005 11:01 AM

Possibly.

It's on the Rolling Stone Top 500 Albums thing they're trying to finish, I figured I might as well do what I can.

Wanker 10-17-2005 11:11 AM

Hey guys. I'm just finishing up a 6-page paper due in 3 hours. You gotta love waiting till the last minute to type a paper up. Blah.

BillCosby 10-17-2005 11:43 AM

I saw Domino last night. It was meh but it was cool seeing Tom Waits.

Luxor 10-17-2005 11:54 AM

What university do you go to, Morissey.

morrissey 10-17-2005 11:55 AM

University of Toronto.

You're still in high school, yeah? You could name it but I probably don't know it. :\

Luxor 10-17-2005 11:56 AM

I go to Sheridan, and my girlfriend goes to U of T as well.

-_-

morrissey 10-17-2005 11:58 AM

Ooo too close for comfort.

What are you studying?

Luxor 10-17-2005 12:01 PM

Business admin.

If I do well at Sheridan, I'll probably do an upgrade at U of T. So then I can have the certificate, and diploma.

And yourself? What college/residence are you in?

The NPC 10-17-2005 12:03 PM

Canadians.

Oh, Dave.

Wanker 10-17-2005 12:53 PM

Dave Foley?

The NPC 10-17-2005 12:58 PM

No, you fail.

I can't right now. I'm writing a paper like a good nerd.

Interstate 10-17-2005 01:39 PM

Working for Natwest is annoying. I can't seem to do any of the damn procedures in my training :upset:

Zmev 10-17-2005 01:40 PM

45 more minutes of comp apps, then guitar, then go to the apple store to bitch about my broken ipod

The Great Decay 10-17-2005 01:46 PM

I almost posted on here during Computer Science class to end my boredom, but I settled for playing games on the internet.
