He posted a link to ninja turtles fisting each other in the pit.

 It was a 2 week ban.

Shred Danson 07-05-2005 07:11 PM
What for? Did he double post as well?
Nah, just for the usual Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles p0rn.

Riva 07-05-2005 07:11 PM

We should have an MSN/AIM party! I'll bring the wit and charm, you losers can supply the body heat.

Dr. Jake Destructo 07-05-2005 07:13 PM

Oh wait! Perhaps I am staying after all. AIM or msn? Or both? :naughty:

Taste_My_Scythe 07-05-2005 07:13 PM
We should have an MSN/AIM party! I'll bring the wit and charm, you losers can supply the body heat.
Sounds cool. I'm in....for as long as I can. MSN is being a bitch though, and won't let me sign in. I have A-O-Hell, will that work?

Riva 07-05-2005 07:17 PM

Do we make it AIM or MSN? I'll either create a room, or invite people.

Dr. Jake Destructo 07-05-2005 07:18 PM

You guys should know the name of the AIM chat by now. If not, just AIM DrJakeDestructo and you shall be gain entry.

Taste_My_Scythe 07-05-2005 07:18 PM
Do we make it AIM or MSN? I'll either create a room, or invite people.
Whichever works. I probably won't be able to hang out too long, so if everyone wants MSN, by all means.

AIM, people. mxrockandmetal. Have fun.

Neurotoxin 07-05-2005 07:56 PM

Question for Cain: are you putting together a Featured Genre or a Featured Artist? While you said FA, I got the impression you were speaking of a FG.

Dr. Jake Destructo 07-05-2005 08:01 PM

I beleive he is starting his own celtic series similair to Steerpike's.

mxrockandmetal on AIM mofos!

Neurotoxin 07-05-2005 08:04 PM

I'm new to AIM: how do I join?

Cain 07-05-2005 08:16 PM

Yeah, that's right. I'm doing a series of FAs on artists that work in primarily Celtic and New Age veins. And in terms of genre, I would do an FG except Celtic music is an extremely broad term and I wouldn't be doing a group-oriented study of its evolution. It's too big a genre. Therefore, what I was talking about was an introduction to its musical style, in theoretical and melodic terms.

Also, a pretty random question, but where do most of you buy your DVD's? I mean, I'll go to Best Buy or Tower Records to buy some, but Blockbuster is dedicated to movies, and ironically, the selection sucks.

NP Dillinger Escape Plan - Hollywood Squares

Dr. Jake Destructo 07-05-2005 08:22 PM

I typically stick to Best Buy for my cd purchases. I occasionally step into Borders when my mom is book shopping, just to see if they have anything interesting. It's typically 3-4 bucks more expensive than Best Buy, though.

Shred Danson 07-05-2005 08:22 PM

Eh, Best Buy, Suncoast, or Wal-Mart since I get a 10% discount there...

magicbus 07-05-2005 08:24 PM

Best Buy for all my dvd's and music, and I usually leave with 3 or 4 each time. Which reminds me, I'm due for another stop there.

Jom 07-05-2005 08:26 PM

Yeah, anything entertainment-wise (music, movies, videogames, blank CD-Rs, etc.), I go to Best Buy.

ATM 07-05-2005 08:40 PM

I go to little hole in the wall type places.

Dr. Jake Destructo 07-05-2005 08:43 PM

I wish I knew of some more quaint places around here...I'd rather support those kind of places than Best Buy and the like.

Dinner time. Gotta run!

ATM 07-05-2005 08:46 PM

I reckon it's a lot easier here in the city then where you live.

Dr. Jake Destructo 07-05-2005 09:20 PM

Naturally, but still, I live within an hour of 2 fairly metropolitan areas. I'm not sure on exact numbers, but they're fairly expansive compared to most...You would think there would be at least a few. Perhaps I just have to look harder.

TheDMV 07-05-2005 09:20 PM

SO who has seen the state of the AC/DC thread? It's like a bad n00b invasion. Everyone says the same thing.

magicbus 07-05-2005 10:05 PM

I didn't know there was an AC/DC thread, and I don't plan on checking it out anytime soon.

Neurotoxin 07-05-2005 10:08 PM

I'm with Magicbus on this one. Was it started by the same person who started the "Official" Rolling Stones thread?

No, I haven't. But I wouldn't doubt it.

Rather...not so great day. I told one of my closest friend some stuff about what my girlfriend and I did, and I told him not to talk to her about it. Today, he calls her up and asks her all about it. Wonderful...
Shes not mad at me, it seems more like a...upset/dissapointed kind of mood, and those are the worst. I felt pretty bad, and we were on 3way so I couldnt bitch my friend out then, and he hasnt been online.
Math Metal, cracka.
Math metal is not a genre.

They are along the lines of extreme progressive/technical metal.
