Bataan Death March, Veil Of Maya, and Cattle Decapitation the second time.

i saw them on that first tour, they were really good, when they came through portland i remember all those bands doing a really good job

every band was so tight, and all of the vocalists sounded incredible... theres usually like one singer that sounds like crap on a metal tour.

there's always the one band that i cant stand on just about every tour and i hate it, there's been a few recently that have been pretty good all the way through

and all that remains, all of them put on a really good show

last show like that i went to was probably as cities burn, olympia, and cool hand luke

always wanted to see cool hand luke, dont know anything about olympia but as cites burn would have been sick to see

absolutely amazing performers

anything in the near future (as far as shows go) that you'll be attending?

idk my friends are opening for protest and the devil wears prada

not into those bands but i guess itll be a fun show

not really much til march... exodus with bad bands, converge/baroness/ghengis tron/the red chord, and 25 ta life

i would love to see that show for converge and red chord (yet again) but i dont know anything about either of the other bands

TSOP is overrated (review site anyone?) but I don't think it gets boring. It's on the bottom end of the Death heap for me but I still enjoy it.

I've been listening to Necroticism by Carcass pretty much all day, I think it's my favorite from them now.

Oh and Spiritual Healing is weak, sorry. :p

My favorite is probably Heartwork, just because it was my introduction to Carcass.

And that second statement never happened.

Necrotism is too long for it's own good

I didn't think it was too long, a couple of the songs were a tad bit on the long side but I felt the album as a whole was a fine length.

Good one, dork. I think TSOP is right in the middle of the pack when it comes to Death albums... plus I have a nostalgic bias towards it because it introduced me to Death.

I still will always stand by Human as their best, although I've been digging ITP a lot lately.
