I've had numerous accounts since I first signed up here ([url]www.musicianforums.com[/url] era) and nothing has ever changed. This isn't and hasn't been a place where you can come to talk about similar interests of metal and its respectable sub-genres...its always been pointless and mindless arguing over why something doesn't belong in a genre or why album X is better than album Y. I guess that is the basis of a forum, but there are no thought provoking conversations or intelligent statements to back up one's opinion. Just idiotic high-schoolish insults (well, attempts anyway) and *** kissing so somebody doesn't "insult" you for your musical tastes.

It's extremely pathetic that most of you would rather be in some internet clique than to stand on your own.

No, Stevie is right. Conversation really used to be better here. I have return for just 3 days hoping stuff would have returned to the glory days where I justed pretty much wanted to suck everybodys dick in here for giving me good death metal. Then it just became someone comes in, names something obsurce without discussion which means I can't be arsed looking because I am lazy and people having spam fights (Fights with spam in real life however are highly enjoyable if not smelly)

I remember Stevie (just one example) making some great posts and getting to argue with him in the sprit of good discussion.

However, why the hell is no one excited about the prospect of me seeing BT. And what do you think is their best album and...WHY

For me, its For Victory. Karl really gives the best vocal performance out of all the albums. The drums are spot on and heavy with the fills. The guitar riffs are simple but change enough from mid-paced headbanging to fast thrashing and to low chugging to remain interesting. Really, the album just creates that war machine atmosphere. favoirite track = Rememberance.

I really like Those Once Loyal. Obviously every album shreds far too much anyway. Favorite track?
