hey, I just had the most brilliant idea. To stop stupid people from creating stupid threads or threads that don't belong, somebody should make it to where only people with x amount of posts on record (say, oh, 500? ) can create threads. That would be awesome.

Well, they already have the wait 24 hours rule in place. But thenf you get someone who signs up, and wants to ask a specific question, yet the cannot find an existing thread for it. They are not neccesarily (sp?) a bad poster just because of a low post count, and anyway, it took me about a month to get 500 posts, when I first started. That is a long time to wait. And people will probably spam up the threads even more, trying to get to their post count limit.
