The song "Two of Us" is amazing.
That is all. |
Im not bashing on the short song, sometimes its amazing what artist can come up with 5 minutes in the studio...but im certainly not bashing on it.
I should really make it clearly in conversations i never bash on a band/song unless iclearly say i hate it...this happens all the time |

I've heard of it. It sounds pretty good, but I'm not sure if it was ever released in britain, and only their british releases are availble on CD.

She's Living Home has gotta be one of hte saddest songs of all time.
No one mentioned the Sgt. Pepper's Reprise....2nd best song off that album, behind aDitL of course. |
It's a great album, a record I can listen to over and over, She's Leaving Home, it's sad but beautiful in a sense, a great composition.

Ticket to ride (single)
****, what the hell are they under classic rock for? Great list...I used to browse (years and years ago) this site with the complete discography, including release dates, recording dates, and who played what. |
Who here doesn't really like the Beatles website? It's kind of odd, no information about the bad and only some on the newer ones.
****, what the hell are they under classic rock for?
I think it's supposed to be 1965. |
Her Majesty is the second shortest song on my computer...sounds like they just picked up some old lyrics and went into the studio and played the song really fast, like how most bands make some innovative songs before recording a real song, but throw it on the album anyway. Still good, nonetheless, though i still think a day in the life blows it away. but can someone explain whats goin in that song? Like, is it changing point of views between the weird noises...and whats the significance of the overdubbed sounds at the very end...i get the jist, but dont fully understand
I read about that in the Beatles Anthology book, they brought in an orchestra with horns and strings and drums and the whole bit and Paul told them go from your lowest note to your highest note within the 24 bars that they had to fillt up, and that's what they came up with when it was finished. And as to why they did it, well, because they're the Beatles! That's all I know about that, and yes it is the best closing song ever. By the way I heard Paul McCartney is doing another North American Tour:O |
he should do an aussie tour

Great list...I used to browse (years and years ago) this site with the complete discography, including release dates, recording dates, and who played what.
i can give u the release days if u want (and i will do that now) and i could give u every song in the albumn (but that would take far to long) and i could tell u who sings each song (but that would also take a long time) If u have ever wanted to know who sings what song, make a request to me, and i will find out for u (give me the albumn the song is on, it'll make it easier) , |
Paul told them go from your lowest note to your highest note
I think it was John. |
