talking to a girl that hates me o_O
as am I, although she rejected me. Twice. And doesnt remember it.

ShelBel 07-26-2004 08:39 PM

So if she hates you, why are you talking? I don't get it. Why inflict that kind of silliness on yourself?

Foxfire 07-26-2004 08:39 PM

Cubs. :( They were soooo good last year...I'm angry at the guy who screwed them up but I mean, I woulda done the same thing, I'm sure...

Well, she's my ex. And I'd like to honor the fact that she made me extremely happy at one point.

And I have decided that girls in my generation and under it SUCK. Really bad. Older girls = teh pwn.

I'm not a big baseball fan. I am, however, I huge hockey fan. Unfortunately, I am a Blackhawks fan. D'oh!

JamminOnMyGstring 07-26-2004 08:41 PM

I know.. it pisses me off.... Sammy is playing like dirt.

But at least Boston beat the Yankees.. YAY!

No, i can't ice skate for my life. :( I play street hockey now and then though.

I'm not a huge sports fan, period, but I mean...if you live in Chicago you gotta love the Cubs or the Sox. Even if you're not a huge fan :p The Blackhawks I'm not a huge fan of. :p I've seen a Wolves game once...

ShelBel 07-26-2004 08:48 PM

Ah. Okay, that's pretty valid. I take it this is not a long-past relationship? Or is it a rebuilding friendship sort of thing?

Also, morbid curiosity compells me to ask: what exactly do you consider "your generation"s age range? ;)

PaulSimonon 07-26-2004 08:49 PM
No, i can't ice skate for my life. :( I play street hockey now and then though.
too bad, it would have been fun if you where in my division and we played, i was just in whiting (east of east chicago) :thumb: the other day, I live in indy,

ShelBel 07-26-2004 08:49 PM

And I just gotta say YAY for hockey and YAY for the Wolves!

The Wolves are the opposite of the Hawks. The Wolves are fan friendly. Blackhawks ownership has no clue at all, but this offseason has shown a bit of a departure from "business as usual".

Lol :p Weyell ya see, I'm only 13 :p I often times find that it's easier for me to connect with older girls. Girls my age? Sterile. Hot, stupid guys, with the motorcycles and stupid leather jackets. That play GUITAR. And lead sing. In bands that play Pop-Punk. Younger? Immature. :p

It's a rebuilding friendship sort of thing. Yes I know I'm young to have a relationship, but she became one of those "enjoys talking behind others backs" type of person.

I r not the hockey fan. I've got a friend who plays Hockey in Skokie and it's rather interesting...he's the stereotypical nerd...

Yep. I'd be cool if I did play.
And I just gotta say YAY for hockey and YAY for the Wolves!
Indeed. :D

Ruhtra 07-26-2004 08:56 PM

With me and hockey, it's much like you guys with bass: I can talk about hockey all day long. I know lots of useless hockey facts and what not. I'm not the most knowledgable hockey person, mostly because I lack playing experience, but it's something I know stuff about.

EDIT: I HATE typos!!!

RJDBass 07-26-2004 08:58 PM

arg, chicago sports are all srewed up right now. ya got the bulls who my old high school team could beat, then theres the cubs who are basically cursed for the rest of forever, the sox who are doing ok but will probably screw it up in the playoffs, and of course the blackhawks who im not even gonna get started on.cant forget the bears who well i mean are pretty much always injured so they suck to

Foxfire 07-26-2004 08:58 PM

That reminds me. You know what's a great music genre? Jazz.

You know what's a great instrument? Bass.

Bam.

Not only friggin' sports...what about Blagojevich? *cries*

JamminOnMyGstring 07-26-2004 08:59 PM

ah...middle school/high school... brings back memories of those kind of relationships.

gossip.. that's all those girls are good for

ShelBel 07-26-2004 09:02 PM
Lol :p Weyell ya see, I'm only 13.
:amaze: A very well spoken 13, if I do say so myself. I would've guessed about 7-10 yrs older.

Lets just say... my oldest kiddo is 4 yrs younger than you. *blinks and feels very old* ;)

The Bears look like Chicago's only hope.

As for the Hawks, their problem can be summed up in two words...

Bill. Wirtz.

No home TV games? The departure of just about every star on the team because of money? He runs a 1950s team in a 21st Century world. Just doesn't cut it.

But again, this offseason has surprised me thus far. They've only acquired mid-teir players, but they're doing something they haven't been doing: Filling voids that need to be filled.

JamminOnMyGstring 07-26-2004 09:09 PM

Well it's getting to be that time of night...

no not bedtime..

Crunk time,
keep on playin

When I was 10, I was one of those people who would hang out on WinMX and trade movies and video games ;) I picked stuff up from them.

To Ruhtra: If the Bears are our only hope, we're screwed :(
