Yeah I worked the dinner shift and I think the lunch is usually more busy, but it shouldn't be too terrible.

the deli I worked at when I was 18 was nuts at lunch time. The line would wrap around the shelves and out the door. It would be like that non-stop for about 3 hours.

good attitude towards it, the one resturaunt i worked in was always insane. dishwashing was a full time job there and it sucked every second of the day. not to mention the music the place played made me want to blow my brains out on a daily basis

Yeah most restaurants have pretty shitty background music, this is just some radio station but it's not super loud.

i dont understand why they must pick the worst set of songs to try and work through a 12 hour day on. im convinced they let the down syndrome kid of the head chef pick the music choice with a dart and a music catalog.

so my brother just went batshit over nothing, he was claiming i stole his last piece of snuss or whatever, and i was like, "dude i don't care what you think i did to you, i'll let this all go, i'm just asking you to forgive me for whatever you think i did," and then he screamed you're a liar, and punched me in the face, and now i have a broken nose. then he called the cops because i apparently cornered him and he was defending himself, so the cops took him away.

this is pretty much the worst night of my life, but in the long run it's for the better, because he's finally gonna stop terrorizing me and my parents, and my parents didn't have the balls to kick him out.

and yeah, get a livejournal memes from 2004 whatever, i'm kind of fucking bummed out right now.

also, not pressing charges, because i know he's lost his mind and i futilely want him to know i have no ill will towards him. :(
