For 3 weeks we run the 20 minute once a week. The 20 minute is when we around the track for 20 minutes and the more laps we get the better of a grade we get. Then after the third week we run the mile instead of the 20 minute. On the mile, we run a mile and the faster you finish it the better grade you get. The 4 week process repeats itself.

Well during the 20 my friends and I take breaks to go to the bathroom and smoke. On the mile we smoke afterwards.
