I was up around 185 during rehab because the food there was really fattening because they know all the addicts are really underweight. I've dropped 20-25 pounds since I've been out just posting on mx and playing video games.

I have no sympathy for fat people. You just eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full. If that's not enough throw in exercise and BAM you won't be fat much longer. The thing is though people like emh are too pathetic and lazy to put any effort into any thing.

Even people that are predisposed to be fat due to their genes or whatever I dont have any sympathy for, if you cant get out and actually do some physical activity to keep your fat ass from dying from a heart attack somewhere around your 30's of 40's then you are unfit to live the life you have.
