i dunno, trying to find hard drugs like that takes time. even if you found someone who could get it, asking them blatantly is never a good thing. start by engaging someone you think does it (this should be easy because identifying a junkie is one of the easiest things in the world) and casually slip it into conversation after asking like "do you like to party?" or "you get down?"

i used to make friends based on drug usage so it was easier for me, if i needed something it was a simple way of just asking the friend most likely to be using it.
