I know this is so last page, but the Justice show in Vancouver sold out before I could get tickets and now I have to pay $100+ on craigslist to go. Bastards. Also, they're on a commercial for a phone company up here.

I've always really wanted to work at a radio station when I'm in college, how difficult was it to get a spot?

at my old school, i had an hour spot every week and i pretty much just went tand talked to the people, signed some paper and got a spot. i'm going to try and get one at my new school but i don't know how they do things here so i will see.

At my school it's hard, but there are 40k students.

at my school its easy, but i didnt sign up (even though i finally have a niche because very few ppl would have a show with A/I stuff that i like)

My school doesn't have a station. Just one of the many ways it sucks.

at my old school i had a bit of a niche. everyone else seemed to play the same old crap like imogen heap, wolfmother, beck, arcade fire, hot chip, etc to absolute death. it was kind of annoying though because most of the stuff i wanted to play wasn't on their database and you had to go through this annoying approval process and everything.

even if i DID have a radio station there would be a lot of great songs i couldnt play...

My roommate's name last year was Colin. He could sing the "Iron Man" riff and beatbox at the same time. Very white and short.
