I want to get a Gamecube. I have enough money to get one now, but I'm thinking about investing half of it for Warped Tour, and saving the other half.

So, to try to start another small discussion in here:
I just want to know, is anybody else in here sick of this mad flow of Indie rock?
So many of these bands suck, and I don't just mean that as an opinion. I'm not saying "oh it sounds like crap". No, I mean they lack musicianship alltogether. And... YES, IT DOES SOUND LIKE CRAP! I can't turn on the radio at all anymore. I can stand two hours of radio, once a week, and that's because of a Punk show we have here.
So, does anybody else hate this?!

I've never really noticed that. Most likely because I never listen to the radio, and if I do I listen to classic rock stations.

I listen to our Modern Rock station, but if I don't like the song I turn it to Mancow. I only listen to the radio in the morning.

Is anybody else tired of this Indie rock suddenly taking over the music world?
Any good new Punk, Pop-Punk, Emo, Hardcore, etc. We just don't hear about anymore, because all we hear about anymore are these Indie bands like Bloc Party, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Postal Service, etc.

Well, maybe I'm like not in the Indie rock movement, Becuase i have only heard Maps. Nothing by the other two bands...

I guess this is where I realize I'm lucky I never listen to radio. I listen to a lot of indie anyways, but I haven't listened to radio in over a year I think. Even then it's only the rock/metal stations.

When I leave my house, I have a tape adapter that I plug into my mp3 player.

And my alarm clock is set to Talk Radio :)
