me = lazy bastard who likes to criticize others out of sheer bordom
k, listen, Eleventeen. Just because I criticized you for something doesn't mean you have to turn into a huge fusspot that immediately surrenders to rebukes and begins dissing himself. It's just a thing that's irritating that you could improve on, you know? These challenging things you say, followed by rebukes, followed by something close to grovelling on your part is kind of unneccesary.

Me too, both of my teams lost today. I thought the Steelers D was too strong for the patriots. I thought Atlanta's O could overpower Philly's O, but i was wrong. DAMNIT!!! 0-2 today...

Well, go Pats. (I'm a skins guy, so i hate philly. and the philly stadium sucks)

I do. I don't know whether to like the O's anymore or the Nationals...I'm staying with the O's. I hate our owner tho, he's a dumbass. It's too bad, opening day won't always be home anymore

As long as he remembers to go down the street, not across the road.

ArcLite 01-24-2005 12:53 AM

What happening fellas? Everyone have a super exciting weekend?

Cain 01-24-2005 12:54 AM

So what's up, Riva? Haven't had a good chat with you in while.

Cain 01-24-2005 12:56 AM
What happening fellas? Everyone have a super exciting weekend?
Yeah, but I have class tomorrow and so it's not all roses.

Riva 01-24-2005 01:02 AM

I'm just chilling out. Not too much happening right now.

ArcLite 01-24-2005 01:03 AM

Yeah work sucks as well. But at least at work you get paid, whereas school is all give, no receive. My weekend = Comp games. It was the most worthless and lazy weekend ever.

Aren't lazy weekends the best? The only drawback is that they always end far sooner than other weekends.

ArcLite 01-24-2005 01:12 AM

They do go especially fast, and more so when you sleep half the damn day away. But everyone needs that kind of weekend from time to time, or every weekend for some.

Riva 01-24-2005 01:15 AM

I wish I could have had a lazy weekend. Mine dragged on while I worked 18 hours. :(

Cain 01-24-2005 01:16 AM

Man, Riva, it seems like whenever you're on these days you've been talking about how difficult work has been for you. Remind me what your job is again? And why do you have to work so much?

Cain 01-24-2005 01:17 AM

True enough. Still haven't written my story due for fiction that's due tomorrow.

Riva 01-24-2005 01:18 AM

I work in Hell, and I do it for the money. :)

Cain 01-24-2005 01:23 AM
I work in Hell, and I do it for the money. :)
That must bitch, with Lucifer constantly poking his big horned head in and devouring your co-workers. But just think, it'll eventually happen to you and it'll be over!

Sorry, I'm reading about hell for my Unmaking the Medieval Cosmos class in school.

So where is your Hell? What is its name? What is your task?

/ read it over again, and man, my joke was lame!

Riva 01-24-2005 01:25 AM

A grocery store, and I do fresh produce, which means lugging around 25kg bags of potatoes will dealing with idiotic bosses.

Oh noes!

That's rough. I'm lucky enough to be a busboy in a local (read:not chain, like Friendly's is) Italian restaurant, with an awesomely nice boss.

Cain 01-24-2005 01:28 AM

Ok, folks, I'm tired, so I'm signing off for the evening. See ya later.
