When you see someone make a good and productive post, you click the little icon with the check mark and X on it, and you can give reputation points by approving the post. You can also leave a message commenting the post. People who have 1,000 or more reputation points get the title [I]Elite[/I] under their user title.

I doubt that the rep system will last, and if it does it will be modified to where only Elites, Mods/Supermods, and Administrators can distribute rep.

I don't think I've been repped by anyone since the last time we had rep, but it used to be either anonymous, or the person would write their name in the comment.
