The Santa Ana one is $13.50 but it says there is a 2 drink minimum, so I'm pretty sure it's an 21 and up show.

What are some bands similar to Overkill?

uhh...Overkill is one of the more unique thrash bands out there. They are from NY and a lot of bands from NY have a similar style I suppose. Check out old Anthrax or Nuclear Assault.

You could also try Exodus. That's all I can think of.
