I like the jacket, but definitely don't take off the sleeves. It simply wouldn't look right for that kind of jacket. I also wouldn't suggest adding anymore patches or studs, because it would probably make the whole thing look overdone.

daily? what's wrong with you? that's crazy. you put it up, you leave it up. you do it once ever couple weeks, fixing it up as necessary (ie if it gets bent or something).
