GR kicks most other album's asses, but when compared to great albums like BWP, Deliverance, and Still Life, it just can't compete.

The soft songs are somewhat interesting.

They need more of the BWP soft songs feel, though.

But still, Harvest is a killer track, as well as the Deluxe Edition songs.

That is an outright lie! But I'm not sure which song I think is the weakest. Probably [I]Moonlapse Vertigo[/I] or [I]White Cluster[/I]. Don't get me wrong, they are still fantastic, just not as good as the rest of the songs.

Nah. As a whole maybe, but April, Amen Corner, Demon of the Fall, When and Credence are all acessible songs. I loved them the first time I heard them.

I agree with Orchid though. It took me a while to get into Forest of October and Under the Weeping Moon.

Deliverance is not as good as GR. And that is saying a lot since I don't like GR much.

I liked Serenity Painted Death the first couple times I heard it, but I got quickly tired of it.

I still like the little solo in the first minute. It makes no melodic sense, but it sounds good.

The best is Moonlapse Vertigo.

Yeah, I don't think I could pick a 'weakest' or 'strongest' on SL. "Godhead's" is probably my favorite, but the things that I like about it are obviously different from the things that I like about Benighted or FOM...or even the Moor.

Best song on Still Life is The Moor easily. The weakest is White Cluster.

Ok, I'll rank the entire album in terms of what I like the most.

1. The Moor
2. Benighted
3. Godhead's Lament
4. Serenity Painted Death
5. White Cluster
6. Moonlapse Vertigo
7. Face of Melinda

I like them all, however. But The Moor takes the cake. Gotta love that intro and opening heavy riff.

Ranking them is tough...it's tied for my favorite Opeth album.

Nah, this is their third best. BWP and Deliverance are better IMO.
