A practical would be better than theory, but playdough theory could also be fun.

you could write essays like: "Playdoughing in a modern society", and "Playdough: A theory and implementation"

I was thinking more along the lines of "Most amusing ways to kill people using playdough", but as far as essays go, with playdough, I don't really see how you could go wrong.
