I got Negura Bunget's Sala Molksa EP yesterday and I liked it. I had heard some stuff off of Om and didn't really care for it much, though.

Like I said before that is most likely the case. It is like the bands who play dumbed down and more accessible metal and dance around NS themes in order to gain more listeners. Or bands like Arghoslent who use accessible melodic death metal as a platform for their racial beliefs or whatever ideology they have, same type of approach.

Well they sure have a hell of a better chance to do so with more accessible music and it is debatable whether or not they have the ability.

The scale is small but it definitely happens. I doubt that the majority of the members of RAC/NSBM communities would be NS if they weren't exposed to the ideology through the music.

I don't think that larger audience exists. I'm willing to bet most metal crowds (the ones they would most likely "reach" first than any other) aren't that deep into NS philosophy.

Yeah, but they probably believed that in the first place. I've been on the Pagan Front forums before, and they think they can reach the average joe. Seriously, that's what a third of the threads on there were about. The other two thirds were about poseurs and how much they hate ******s.

Eh thats true to an extent I guess, maybe moreso in RAC circles as RAC has no shame in its propaganda but I do not think the whole anti-commie and white pride ideology/movement of some of these organizations comes just from listening to Skrewdriver or Max Resist, maybe in America because they're retards. Yeah but almost all the time anyone who listens to Nokturnal Mortum, Dub Buk and the like listen to it simply because they like folk metal and such, if they didn't have racist views before I doubt a bands lyrics could prompt them to have them.
