i havent heard the new Aborted yet, cool. most new death metal albums this year have been surprisingly good, if you ask me. deicide, origin, even hate eternal.

the new aborted is deathcore and really forced sounding

Aborted was never what they were choked up to be anyway, don't really see what the big deal is with them.

it's pretty much exactly what you'd expect, the drumming is groovy as ever, but if you didnt like them before... it's nothing spectacular

I haven't really heard much other than the video on headbanger's ball, which was generic.

Goremageddon's great fun but I wouldn't say it's revolutionary

when i saw them, they were out of goremageddon shirts so i got a slaughter & apparatus shirt instead, which i like but its not as nice as the goremageddon one
