you can have fried oats, baked oats, raw oats, oats and honey, oat oatmeal, oats and sugar, candied oats, oats crushed in water, roasted oats, oven toasted oats, oats and grilled cheese, mac & oats, hamburger and oat helper, broiled oats, oats and mash potatoes, oat salad......the list goes on and on
a big mac with oats, jumping oats, medium rare oats, oats well done, oats scampe, oats and salmon.....

I usually have my oats with honey.
